Leadership Coaching

In our current work environment, leadership is not only about leaders but also team leaders. Our leadership coaching involves increasing one’s self- AND other-awareness when leading others in the work context. We help coach leaders to be more adaptable and to improve their innovative and execution skills.

Our Leadership Coaching also helps leaders develop an acute ability to understand their employees underlying motivational needs so as to effective lead them.

 

Individual Coaching Certification

At Interaction Science, we offer our unique one-on-one individual coaching certification conducted exclusively online for consultants who would like to be certified using our Learning Needs Inventory (LNI) that integrates theories of learning, creativity, innovation, design thinking, and work motivation.

We work with individuals to develop the best schedule to attend our sessions. Individuals have to attend 3 intense and focused sessions with one of our co-founders or one of our certified train-the-trainer coaches. Individuals attending this certification will need to complete their own LNI assessment that will be used as concrete data for the certification.


Team Leadership Coaching

Organizations globally are largely using team-oriented designs in their organization structure and practice. Team leadership coaching is critical in today’s work world.

Our team leadership coaching involves coaching around the results of the 360-degree assessment to help lead the team to achieve their desired quality of team interaction. Our team leadership coaching develops a leader’s ability to lead teams so as to create and sustain High-Impact Teams in organizations.

 

Team Coaching Certification

Our unique Team Coaching certification requires having been certified by Interaction Science as Individual Coaches. We have created our unique one-line team certification.

Our online certification is targeted for consultants and/or team leaders in organizations. As with our individual certification, we work with individuals to develop the best schedules to attend our sessions. Individuals will have to attend a 3 intense and focused sessions with one of our co-founders or one of our certified team trainer-the-trainer team coaches. Our sessions uses guided case studies to develop acute team coaching skills that are required to effectively help develop High-Impact Teams in organizations

 

Team Coaching

Most work done in organizations are done in teams. At Interaction Science, we use evidence-based team coaching to improve the quality of team engagement in their specific work context by using our unique team-level 360 degree assessment.

Our structured team coaching process has been tested globally and supported by quality research. We assess teams prior to our team coaching and 3 months after our team coaching to show our impact on team engagement tied to their work outcomes. Our team coaching process is targeted at creating High-Impact Teams (HITs) in organizations.
